Oklahoma Senator James Lankford Apologizes To Black Constituents For Challenging Electoral Votes
Oklahoma Republican Sen. James Lankford apologized to his black constituents for challenging President-elect Joe Biden’s victory, saying that he failed to recognize that his actions casted “doubt on the validity of votes” in majority black cities like Milwaukee, Detroit and Philadelphia. *** “My action of asking for more election information caused a firestorm of suspicion among many of my friends, particularly in Black communities around the state,” Lankford wrote, Tulsa World first reported. “I can assure you, my intent to give a voice to Oklahomans who had questions was never also an intent to diminish the voice of any Black American,” he added. “I should have recognized how what I said and what I did could be interpreted by many of you. I deeply regret my blindness to that perception, and for that I’m sorry.” View Quote A new poster boy for what is wrong with the GOP, apologizing for doing the right thing, how disgustingly pathetic! |

Take note OK. You’re in just as much danger as Texas. When Texas goes, I’ll have no back up plan for a place to move.

I suspect the republicans have been told by the democrats that they can't get run over by the socialist train if they are on it...

I'm sure the 30 black people who live in Oklahoma appreciate it

He up for re-election in 2022. How much do you want to bet he will breeze through the primary season.....He ran uncontested in the 2016 primary.
In 2016 US Senate election he won in a landslide, carrying every county in the state. |

We’ve seen the word “cuck” used improperly again and again over the past five years.
THIS would be an appropriate use of the word. He should be run out of town on a rail. |

What's the problem? He just joined the long list of democrats that apologized after questioning the electoral votes in the 2016 election.

Why would anyone apologize to Black People for challenging the party of the KKK?
|
|
[#19]
And another question... What about the African Americans and Hispanics in those cities that did vote for Trump and other Republicans? What about their votes? Were they not diluted by the fraud?

We allow failure, timidness and weakness in what was our party. Until we start rewarding failure with the boot, we wont have a party.
Ie McConnell should never be allowed to be speaker again. He allowed the senate to be losth through voting or inaction on the fraud...doesnt matter Kemp should be primaried or recalled for his inaction and cowardice Etc etc etc... Strength and aggression to win should be rewarded....idleness and inability should be cast out |

It is the start of a more concerted effort to pander to the black vote. Look, Republicans can't win without the minority vote. They know it, we know it, everybody knows it. I would expect to see even more "wokeness" coming from the GOP over the next 2-4 years. Like nothing we have seen before.

Quoted: Another one to primary when the time comes. View Quote It won't matter as long as out of state money can come in. National Commies can just flood out any challengers. I'm a FIRM believer that other than POTUS/VPOTUS, candidates should be restricted to in-state money ONLY. If you can't raise enough money from your own constituents, you're probably not the right guy anyway. |
