[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Remote play PS5 on smart TV w/o Android/ PS Remote App?

I have a cell phone that I would like to display through a TV,

TV is a Samsung circa 2019, has apps but not Android OS so no PS Remote play,

Phone is/has cast ability, works fine when using any other app EXCEPT remote play, just renders black screen on both devices.

Thoughts? Can it be done? Physical connection perhaps?
