So I'm going to be honest. I've been around the country many times. There's no state better than Texas.
We're bigger. Except Alaska but no one lives there. We invented and perfected Tex-Mex. We're more ecologically diverse than you. We have Whataburger. We launch Rockets. Dr Pepper. Our BBQ is superior Brisket> Pulled Pork. Cost of living. No state income tax. We were our own country once. I could go on. Wherever you're from. It doesn't matter. I was born in Texas lived there until I was 29. Family has lived in the same area of a Texas since 1865. While it was a great state, there’s to many loony toons living there from other states trying to make it a democratic shit palace. I will hopefully spend my days north of the red river and die in Indian territory of old age if the pot needles don’t get me.

I lived in Texas for a good chunk of my life. I loved the idea of Texas. The problem is, the reality of Texas is that it is California, Junior. It is the shi**iest place I have ever lived.

I can drive 10 minutes and shoot/hunt on 1000s of acres of public land. I like Texas, but the lack of places you can disappear on for the day, without any fees, makes it unlivable for me.
