Then I realized it's been a few years since we've seen him. I used to chat with him often from 2013 to 2016. I figured he got busy with life or interests/focus changed and looked him up and realized he hasn't logged onto arfcom since 2018 so I decided to google him and found this: https://www.beckchapels.com/obituary/6550374 Looks like the Patriot Guard were at his service http://www.centexpgr.org/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=18&thread_id=3104 Looking at his obituary "Memorial contributions may be made to Mission22.com" which looks like it's a foundation for PSTD and TBI. We talked mostly retro and I wasn't aware of any personal demons he may have been fighting. I know he had some stuff with the Army and a bad divorce in 2014. RIP William.
