well as of now i ordered a sling and m lok qd mount on 1/12 and yet to ship. shipping should be next day since im on the other side of the city from them.

I normally get the “your order has been shipped” e-mails shortly after my order’s placed. I ordered on Tuesday and no e-mail yet but I chose First Class mail because I’m cheap LOL.

I once called them to ask about a rifle in stock, nice folks gave me their time, I said thanks and that I'd be buying one. Went ahead and bought it a few minutes later, and damned if they did not send it out the door that very same day to my FFL. Of course, this is pre covid, but I'll never forget that.

They are most likely blasted with orders.
It took them an extra day or two before my latest orders shipped. When it did ship I had the package in two or three days, Fed Ex. The last three orders took 7 or 8 days from order to delivery (nov/2020 thru jan/2021).

They need to stop using Mother Fn FedEx and go back to UPS. Great company with a great website. I think I already spent enough $ with them to buy a new car.

At least as fast as anyone right now. Running a week or so from order until it's delivered. UPS Ground. Texas to PA which would be maybe 4 days before everything fell apart..
I believe they have faster options. |

Web site clearly says items may take up to 5 days to ship.
There is an incredible crush of all the folks trying to order AR parts & accessories since well before the Nov elections. It has only gotten worse (if that was possible) since GA elections & the Capital 'Insurrection'... |

I ordered a couple items on Monday. I received an email from Joe Lerner(who ever that is) Friday with a tracking number out of Houston with no mention whatsoever about my order number or Primary Arms, so I could only assume that is them. Very strange.

I've ordered a butt load of stuff from PA in the last few months. Shipping can vary greatly from going out the same day to taking 4-5 days to get out the door.
That said they normally do get stuff out fast. Covid on top of gun panic 20/21 makes things unpredictable. |

Don’t use USPS. They warned me and I still picked USPS. Primary Arms shipped October 12th. Went MIA somewhere in Texas on October 16th.

Ordered two Daniel Defense c158 phosphate bolts last night. Good price too, $66 ea. It made me select USPS Priority because the "First class" option was producing an error. Hopefully I actually get them.

Also you realize we are probably in the midst of the largest rush on guns and gun accessories probably in the history of the USA. I'm sure one of the Primo suppliers of firearms and paraphernalia is absolutely slammed as is the Post Office, UPS and FedEx. I have had serious delays with all three. Worst scenario being where UPS turns over shipment to USPS.

I am about 20min away needed a heavy buffer for one of my malfunctioning guns, ordered it, drove down only to see the store front was closed. I missed the store front closure on the order page. I was told it would ship that day. I had it 2 days later. So they are pretty quick.
