Brothers, The Supreme Council of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Northern Masonic Jurisdiction (NMJ), this evening voted to expel past Sovereign Grand Commander David A. Glattly from membership in the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, NMJ, effective immediately. Yes, I found that message stranger than weird!! He just stepped down very recently. No idea what happened to lead up to this and I doubt that we will ever be informed.

SC is saying they will release information but I haven't seen anything yet. |

I've met Ill. Glattly a few times at various events. Seemed like a good man. |

Granted, you never know what goes on behind the scenes but all my interactions with him were great and he really seemed to do a lot to promote the SR in this area. |

His/his teams' Be a Freemason initiative is awesome. They did custom branded videos for me when I rebuilt our G.L. website last year. Instead of an in-house contact form that now links out to their website. The inquiries still come directly to us, but it helps with the overall stats of the program to route them through a central point. |
