Wrong.
That ticket was worth $1 million. Two winners. $500,000 each. If they take a lump sum payout, that goes down to $350,000. After taxes they get about $210,000 each. Fun money, but not life changing.

Lot of conspiracies around power ball and megamilions, like the government is controlling the numbers to grow the jackpots for increased tax revenue.
That there are no winners, that they are highly paid actors who collect a percentage the rest is funneled into black ops, the CIA or the deepstate to pay for things the government can't have traced back to it. Some even believe their is a racist component, that winners must be being chosen before hand because more Whites win the jackpots than any other race, or at least that is the perception. |
