My triglycerides from the cholesterol test I took last week was 438.
 Doc's nurse said it should be under 100. I see my doctor next week to discuss. What kind of shit storm am I in for ??

Mine have been super high for a long time. 498 at their highest. My body is in OPTIMUM condition.

Sounds like you have fatty liver disease, what are your liver enzyme levels?
How fat are you and/or do you drink alot? |

Do you drink? Did you drink the night before you had blood drawn? I did that and my numbers were through the roof. They drew again without me drinking the night before and they were closer to normal.
