So platoon 2.0 are going to match people of similar rating together automatically if you search by players? How is that not going to break the MM worse or did I not understand correctly for new version.

Those guys in the bonqueque are now equally rated as those guys platooned in the tier tens |

Caught another chat ban but at least I got some wins last night. The GW Tiger hits hard and is decent though the tier 8 is better tier to tier. The RU 251 has been a pleasure to play so far, the view range, mobility, and cannon are really solid, yes it's a bit big and it's camo value isn't the highest but it just works.

Watched quickybaby on the new Italian heavies. The line isn't looking too promising.. but it seems WG would slightly buff them before prod to get people to open their wallets for accelerated on track and gold for free exp conversion etc..
Is there a history of significant changes between common test and prod for new tank lines as far as rebalancing? |

I had 10.8k blocked or something crazy like that on Erlenberg before they tweaked it, back when the Waffle E100 was still in. There was a trio platoon sitting in the K-line as I went to castle and played the little slope leading up into it. My front upper plate was like 80* angle when poking and they just kept firing AP at me from 450m away.

The problem with the German TD's is they don't have armor and mobility is somewhat questionable. The meta of the game has changed, even in pubs, due to all of the spotting mechanics and new directives/equipment WG has put in lately with the commander vision system, etc. So tanks are getting spotted easier now and if you're spotted with no armor, den u fukt. The 268 has god-like armor with good mobility and a good gun. It'll get 'nerfed' soon enough. |

If you were gonna do that, you'd want something like vents, rammer, turning mechanism, most likely. It's not really designed to be a long-range sniper, due to the armor and relatively awful dispersion accuracy....so it's not really recommended for that. I played a battle last night on that Asian map with all the walls and valleys and came upon a KV-2 tucked into a valley. I creeped up to try and get a shot without him hitting me, but took the hit anyway. I waited for him to fire at one of my team mates and then jumped up to shit him, only to be killed by his platoon mate. As I died, I saw there were three KV-2's tucked into that canyon, two with two stars on their barrels. I watched from my teammate's perspectives and the KV-2 platoon were staggering their shots so that nothing less than a mad rush of several tanks could really do much to them.

I used to take it into tier ten fights for the lulz.LV2 don’t give a fuck. |

If you have a bunch of muppets who think you are supposed to be the lead brawler, it sucks hard. |

10 rounds with the Bobject: Blocked 2,000 damage every round although I clearly suck with it. Long range TD work is ingrained into my brain. Up close feels alien. Damage dealt was paltry ~ 2,000 or so. Will take some getting used to.
