Is there an appeal though? Or done deal? These things seem to just go round and round.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals just shot down open and CCW, so pretty poor trade off, really.

if I remember correctly even the BATFE (God how they want to be one of the cool kids working for a three letter agency) said they couldn't regulate bumpstocks when this first came up.  I think this is the right decision because I think of this as a case of politicians wanting to "do something" and to all politicians of whatever stripe that means passing a law.
