Dinner pic!
I’m especially happy with the stuffed baby Bella’s topped with a thin sliver of jalapeño and a pinch of cheddar, and this is one of the tastiest NY Strips I’ve had in some time Attached File |

Best sears I've got. Older than me by a long shot. It was my dad's and he probably bought it in the 50s.

The heck it is. It's perfect. Nicely done, OP. |

Strip steaks are great for sous vide or reverse sear. Just need to get that pan a little hotter next time maybe.
Looks good, I'd eat it. |

WS hoping for a freedom seed thread. Got this steak I can’t eat instead.
Looks tasty! |

Looks good . A bit dry .
I just don’t get Square plates . (Or Like ) |

I think it is just the pic making it look dry - jus ran to the right and is puddled under the mushrooms.
Looks good - I like the sound of the mushroom stuffing. |

The steak wasn’t dry- I made the first few slices on a cutting board before plating it up. The mushrooms were absolutely the star of the show though- stuffed with diced mushrooms, sautéed onions, a touch of rice and some shredded mozzarella. Topping them with the jalapeño and cheddar definitely took them to the next level!

Looks good to me! I'd dive in on that meal with out hesitation.

I complain a bit, but I'll eat almost any steak that's set before me.
Almost any |
