But here's the problem with this even on a voluntary basis. These criminals would become renters at this point because the homeowners would be compensated (with American tax dollars). They'd be considered at this point renter's. Therefore renter's laws come into effect.

What happens at that point if homeowners get violent illegal criminals in their homes. They just can't kick them out. They'd have to go through the judicial system to get them evicted. In the mean time what happens to those people and their homes We've seen in the news what these ungrateful pos are doing to hotels by trashing them.
