But... can it fly?

More to the point:

Its a nice looking rendering, but how many decades away is the flying prototype?

What's wrong with the wheels?

But can they build a production model, build more than two and keep any of them flying?

8 wheels on each main???  I doubt they are expecting to operate this from unimproved fields.

The perspective seems to be off also.  Look at the size of the pilots to the gear and the rest of the plane.

8 mains would mean a LOT of weight to carry.  Observing the size of the pilots and assuming the rest of the area behind them is bomb bay would mean the rest of the plane is built out of steel to require a 8 wheel main for use on concrete.

ETA:  They should just go over to the UK and salvage some Vulcan's.  New engines and nav.  Save a bunch of money.

I only see 6 wheels on each main gear, but then, I'm not wearing my reading glasses right now, either.

Looks more like one of those artist's renditions, than an actual plane.  The kind of thing you would see in Popular Mechanics, back in the 1960's.  I mean, the ramp just looks too perfect.

The tires aren’t bald with chunks of missing rubber & the steel belt showing through, so it MUST be an artist's rendering.
