Friday morning. 6:11am. St Pete, Florida. Absolutely ckear sky. No light from the ground.
I’ve never seen anything like this.
Can it be aftermath of SpaceX launch 15 minutes earlier?

Huh, I was up at 5am this morning and we had a super bright moon over the west....not a cloud in the sky..I wonder if the time was close enough to the rocket that its the exhaust lighting up the low clouds then?Do the rockets burn exhaust for that long?

That's what it looks like. They will also on occasion release gas clouds, barium??, for research purposes that will create funky illusions in the sky. They usually advertise weeks ahead of time to let folks so folks don't freak out and quit eating meat.

Have gotten similar westward view early morning photos. For me it’s due west to KSC. Probably close enough to dawn that the sun illuminates the rockets contrail.

Morning launches are like this. The sun is still over the horizon, so it's dark on the ground, but the rocket exhaust is higher up and is in the sun light. This makes the exhaust glow.

Looks like an ethereal figure with outspread arms.

Must be a miracle, or the leftovers after one occurred.

If there is no other explanation .......... it is a miracle, and where else would an ethereal figure come from?

The sun over the horizon is illuminating the exhaust plume from the main boosters correcting burns for re-entry and the second stage's burn.

We saw it live, unforgettable.
