Late to the party, like someone else said SoCo is a different animal. They might like St Elmos bourbon. It's relatively new to the bourbon market, and it is strongly flavored with vanilla beans and cherry. Most whiskey will have subtle hints of this and that but there is nothing subtle at all about St Elmos. It's damn near candy, best with an ice cube because it can be a little thick otherwise. It's also really good mixed in with Coke/Pepsi.
