Over the years my feet have collapsed arches and my whole footprint goes on the floor.  I was diagnosed in Afghanistan years ago with plantar fasciitis when I couldn't walk on my right foot for a week after a PT test there.  Walking on the rocks in OEF 4 around Bagram really was a chore.  If anyone has filed for this I would like to know where they found the information to fill out before filing.  Thanks.
