Years ago, my cousin was being strung along by some young girl. I talked him into dumping her as she was just playing games. I drove him to the basketball game where she was cheerleading. Only 2,200? That is nothing.

Only problem I see about this is it may help them settle and spread out throughout the US. This is going to happen regardless, but I'm sure they'll filter out into PA, MI, etc.

While a lot of the people in NYC and Baltimore may complain it won't change their policies. But I suppose they can enjoy taking care of them because they don't want to reform immigration.
