Well, sort of.  My mother had to take a minimum distribution from one of her investments.  She doesn't need the money right now, so she divided it up between her 3 children as Christmas gifts.

With my free money I bought an e mountain bike mostly for running around on my property and hunting.

It's an Ecotric Hammer, 48 volt 13 aH, 750 watt motor and big fat tires. I assembled it and took a ride...first time on a bicycle since 1975 (when I got a driver's licence and cars and motorcycles).  

This thing is fun...it is limited to 21 mph, but an easy software fix will allow it to go nearly 40 mph.

Boy...do my legs hurt!

Lol, I have been looking at e bikes for hunting on the interweb.

Seems like a good idea to me.

I got a suron x from luna cycle...its a blast doing midnight runs @45MPH thru the local golf course with night vision.

And an aventon aventure....great bike, hits 30mph but shitty company.
