So I found a property, it is on farm land. It has 3 houses (all legal), and a large shop with paint booth on 1 lot.
How does a guy get a mortgage to buy that? |

Years ago I tried to buy a property with 2 houses on it.
If I recall it was fine, I just needed 30% down instead of the 3% with the fha loan I was pre approved for and had to go conventional loan. |
