This just happened, apparently 3 crew are dead, no other details just yet but I’m sure more to follow soon. Prayers out. |

I wonder if Blackhawk or one of those airbus helicopters for stateside.

After being attached to an aviation unit for a while I’m surprised it’s not more common. At least in the army they were maintained about as well as the run of the mill wheeled vehicle which wasn’t great.

I didnt think much could make this day worse. Prayers to all on board and all the families involved.

Probably out of the national guard unit at Rochester airport. Frequently see check flights or such out of there

I won't say everyone took pride in their work but those that didn't didn't touch aircraft any more When I was in Afghanistan we had some Mongolians attached to us so I'm pretty much an expert in Southeast Asia |

about 20 miles as the crow flies from my house... We have tons military aircraft flying around all year long around here... During deer season had a pair of tan chinooks buzz over my tree stand, very low... Very very low, as I could see the pilot with out my binos low..
