Unless you like rolling dice, skip the Ballistic Advantage. I had to send two of their barrels back, the second one almost ruined my AEM5. Sent the barreled upper and suppressor to Ron, and while he fixed the suppressor, he referred me to Craddock Precision for a Criterion barrel, which I got. I also have a Douglas.
I made a rather detailed and long post here, with pics, documenting the dismal performance and return/replacement experience with BA concerning those two barrels, which was actually good.
I still have the THIRD Ballistic Advantage barrel but when they replaced the second one I requested the SS MK12 version and not the twice failed nitride version. It shoots "ok" but I've not spent much time with it.
Ammo isn't cheap, great performance makes you feel good and smile, spend good money up front. In the long run, what's an extra $200 or so above the cost of other "affordable" offerings?
