What they hell would any of this have to do with fluid levels? They would be the same as him licking it up at the dealer minus the Gas gauge.

Wait just a GD minute here!!!!!!!!
WHERE are the pics of the salesman's GF????????? |

Did he at least have his mask on, or was the vodka for sterilizing the interior?

Please dear baby Jesus do not let this turn into a safe thread. In for the back and forth between OP and the dealer who refuses to take the car back

Should have left him on the side of the road when you saw he was drunk

I'm also in possession of his personal car keys and his paycheck cause he left those behind as well

Quoted: Salesman delivered a car to me, dealership is about 80 miles away and salesman offered to drive it to me. He was drunk and called me from the road cause he was lost. I got him to give his location and went to meet him. Dude had two empty pints of vodka and a six pack in the car. He also damaged the car, it is minor. I never signed the Retail Purchase Agreement, the Odometer Disclosure or the As Is Statement. All of those are in my possession. I drove the vehicle home with a transit tag and had his girlfriend pick him up. My question is, having not signed the Retail Purchase Agreement or the other papers what is my recourse if I don't want to keep the car ? View Quote I would have just refused it there OP. If you signed paperwork you own it. Also, now it is your word against their's. There is nothing legally you can do if all the i' s are dotted. You can call the dealer and possibly get a free detail or the damage repaired |

He probably would have done more damage if not for the lines of coke that kept him focused.

I would have videoed first. Then called the dealership. Then posted all over socialmedia if I did not get the desired result.
ETA - was the gf hot at least? May should have got her number if she was as a bonus. |

Holy cow. Good luck OP. Honestly I would go to the dealership and talk to the highest ranking person there and lay it all out. Figure out what you want before hand. If you are legally obligated to keep the car and they offer no help you can go scorched earth through media or wherever else.

The damage goes a little further up Not posting a bigger pic or what kind of car or dealer name Car will need the fender and bumper sprayed, doesn't look like much but it would probably cost around $800 give or take to fix it |
