Cool water shave (this time of year water comes out of the tap as barely so) with 4-5 day beard growth.

El Cheapo Sally Beauty Supply TTO razor (sometimes sold under the Derby label but it's made in CCP)
Derby Extra blade (new)
Yaqi synthetic brush
Sudsy Soapery Frosted Lemon (tallow) soap
Alum block finish

A little scrape-y but no nicks, cuts, or weepers.

I am finding that these insanely mentholated shave soaps are not my thing. The Frosted Lemon is about as mentholated as I care to use. The Blizzard makes my eyes water like crazy something akin to being OC'd.
