We moved to rural Webster County near Seymour (love it!) late last year from Illinois and my qualification for L.E.O.S.A. is about to expire from Illinois. I'm not having much luck finding information online about how to switch from Illinois to Missouri and how to get qualified here in Missouri for L.E.O.S.A.. Any information would be appreciated.

Go to the local Sheriff office and talk to them. They should be able to give you a contact or at least put you in touch with their Range staff who may or may not have a plan to qual QRLEO retirees. They probably will be very helpful.
