I made a big Korean meal on Friday night. Kalbi I marinated for 2 days. Pickled turnips, pickled cucumbers, soy potatoes, and cabbage kimchis. I also made a big batch of jabche. I'm not Korean, but I am enamored with the food. Dukbokki is one of my favorite dishes in the world.

I have 2 gallons of kimchi in the works right now. Playing with the recipe. I'd be curious to see what others have tried and how it panned out.
