i think he meant it as a joke. However, he doesn't get to make those kinds of jokes.
After 20 years as both a cop and firefighter, I know a little bit about ball breaking. I'm sure there's just as much ball breaking (if not more) in the military than there is in law enforcement or the fire service. However, the general rule is, you need to be part of the group to engage in the ball breaking. He's not. Considering how the Left would weaponize that comment if Trump had made it, I'm not inclined to let Sleepy Joe off the hook.
