OP, that is magnificent. Especially right now as I've not broken my fast yet.
The only thing I'd add, would be a chonky slice of good, sharp cheddar. My favorite is that black wax sharp from Publix. |

Upper left corner needs bacon. Other than that it's a work of art.
How are you gonna assemble that? If you put the bacon side atop the tomato side, the bacon will yield to gravity and fall off the bread. If you put the tomato side over the bacon side the tomato will similarly drop off the bread. Quite a conundrum. |
