And if you really want a comment, yes, the guy is a douche, and in all likely hood will be driving a desk for his remaining years as any decent prosecutor will never be able to use him for any sworn testimony for the rest of his career because of that video... He may not have been giglio'ed, but he may as well be with that evidence of his "memory skills" and his demonstration of his training. |
