Smug, arrogant prick who was clearly lying, and relished in doing so... Depositions are taken under oath, which he demonstrably lied while under. I'm not sure how MS POST handles issues like that but especially given he's in a leadership position (Sergeant) he should be at least demoted, if not removed for having such a defective memory. But we all know that won't happen. Literally Stasi/jack boot behavior resulting from City Hall calling their goon squad. He also seems pretty proud of being a SWAT member, I wonder the last time he made an arrest on a legit violent felon? It would appear he's bored with no real crime to fight and would prefer hassling citizens (a veteran in this case) from exercising their 1st Amendment rights, which the Sergeant clearly has no regard for, while simultaneously completely disregarding the citizen's 4th Amendment rights as well...a real multi-tasker! THIS is the exact kind of LE behavior that makes it difficult if not near impossible for those in LE to do the job for the right reasons. Utterly disgraceful. |

The first time I ever got arrested was for precisely refusing to answer questions. Friend was driving with suspended license. Arrested and put in the back of a Dodge Diplomat. The cop then wanted to ask me questions about the usual shit: where are we going. Did you know his license was suspended. I simply told the cop I was not going to answer anything. Cop calls his buddies. “Get out of the car” Hands on hood. Spread your legs. One of the cops kicked my right ankle. They put the handcuffs on tight and off to jail I went. I was charged with obstruction by disguised person. State Attorney dropped the charge. I’ve hated cops ever since. |
