Just noticed I haven't gotten an email with my archived IM's since Monday. I've been archiving and deleting like normal the last two days. Are they gone for good?

Make sure it's not in your spam folder. Once they are deleted, typically they are gone as we try to keep IMs personal and do not have access to them. There may be a chance the email is stuck somewhere, if it did not go out, and I may be able to try to send it out again. Our mail firewall sometimes keeps messages for a day or two as well, but I can't guarantee they are there.

OK I see logs of a number of archive emails going out to you over the past few days, with most of them today. They are showing delivery, so that means they left arfcom servers and were accepted by your mail service. (MSN.Com)

Again, I would check your spam folder and any other possible place they may have been moved to automatically. (Some mail services now have spam, promotional, etc that help "auto-filter" email into groupings for you.)

Nothing in my spam folder. They're getting lost somewhere. I get a notification of new email no matter where they land, spam folder or other. When I realized I wasn't getting them, I tried to archive and watched my email at the same time and it never came.

Thanks for the help. Not sure what to do now though.

I just sent an email to myself through the site and clicked send and save a copy. I got the email but did not get the copy. That was working as recently as Tuesday.

I may be able to resend the ones from today, but I can't guarantee it will be any different. They will most likely be blocked by the mail account in the same place as before. Since they show delivered, it will most likely follow the same result.

Well that was short lived. One made it and the next three attempts didn't. F'it.
