I've been watching "Star Trek Discovery" on dvd and am on the 2nd season.  It's "ok" but the storylines with the main character seeming to be the only one that can do anything and has to be everywhere to assist or come up with the idea that saves them all got old quickly.  The only female character I've seen so far that I like is the actress Mia Kirshner, playing Spock's mom.  Always thought she was really cute.
