Came down to Florida in July and signed up
For my open water cert with my 12 year old who had been breaking my balls to do it. Well we did the online classroom
Portion and it was time to head back north. Fast forward to this past Monday and we are in Florida for 2 weeks and we started the open water portion. First day was a double pool day.  Day 2 was a 4 hour pool day followed by our first trip into the ocean off the shore here in the Palm beach area of Florida. Today was another pool session followed by 2 dives in the ocean. On Monday we will have an early morning ocean dive and Tuesday we go out for a double boat dive, after which we will be certified.
This is gonna be worse than BRD!

I picked up our own Masks, snorkels and booties for our Certification  
Now the search begins for the rest of our own equipment.  
I really liked the BC that we used for our first dives which were the Aqualung Axiom.

Any ideas on websites to try and find some on sale?

I wanna stick with what we learned on so no lever for us.
