I had the same problem.
My original email I registered with was hotmail. MSN (outlook) blocks all arfcom emails. email [email protected] from the email you want to change it to and explain your situation, then they can change your email, and then you can change your password. My email was responded to in like 15mins and taken care of. |

Some browsers now days will tell you what password you are using. Look for a password manager setting. It may want you to log into your admin account on your computer, or re-enter your phone access.
Look for the "autofill" settings. |

I had to reinstall windows and lost all of the cookies and such. |
