Mine just changed in my profile using the avatar maker, logging out, clear cache/cookies, then logging back in. Shows the old avatar in this reply, but when i click on edit profile, avatar is new one.

I'm looking into the issue to see why some browsers seem to be locked into images even when they are incorrect. It's a caching issue from what I can tell. Assuming it's on our end for now.
