There is no national organization with oversight. I would contact the Grand Lodge for the state with your questions. They should be able to tell you if the lodge members and assets were merged with another lodge in the state. The new lodge would then be the point of contact. Failing that, the Grand Lodge itself may be interested.

Please don't melt anything down in haste.
