I used to have a packet of these (sometimes fun) 4th and 5th amendment training scenarios.  Usually you get these in your legal update hours every other year during in-service.

Scenarios such as "officer conducts terry stop, feels soft object and removes bag of weed, arrests subject.  Is the search valid as it was intended for weapons, etc."  Or the attorney in lobby demanding too be present while his current is confessing but isn't invoking 5th amdmnt.

Unfortunately when I retired my packet i used to have for recruits was shredded.  Anyone have a similar batch of these?  I have a small number of scenarios still but always looking for others.  In our monthly team meetings co-workers   debate these in their internet-lawyer ways(the former cops always withhold answers until the end), while also clarifying some rights.
