What's the definitive answer on this? How long does the virus live once the host expires? Do fleas and flies and cats and rats get to chawin on them and spread it around more? How deep to dig trenches for mass graves? Bag, bury or burn? Can't just throw em in the river, I'd imagine...then the fish would get sick.
Is it time to swap the AR for a flamethrower? Will critters get it too? Bees, bears, cows, pigs, sheep, ducks, chickens, geese? How long would it take to burn out globally if it's only people? How long if it's all mammals? How long if it's everything? Will the cold kill it? Alaska? What about excessive heat or dry as a bone places? Death Valley? So many questions...need to know how much food to panic buy today

From a funeral director's perspective. Incineration is the best method for anything non prion in nature. AIDS and most other viruses infection rate drops by half after 48 hours after death even with direct blood born contact. I'll be establishing our own protocol today. If it spreads to VA I will not embalm or prepare infected individuals, and it will be direct burials or cremation and if you want to pack 200 people into a room for a funeral, you can do it at your church without me there.
My great grandfather dealt with this during the Spanish Flu Outbreak, same protocols were put in place and they lived through it.

Airports are gonna be fun.
Since the SJW's in the media would pilory anyone calling for restrictions, we'll let EVERYONE in. Hospitals will get clogged with zombies. Medical personnel will get sick. It will spread to families, schools, workplaces. Food.deliveries will stop. Cities will erupt in riots. Civilization will collapse. It will be a return to the dark ages, IF anyone survives.

The say the confirmed case in WA exposed 16 other people before he was quarantined.
Apparently he was on the least crowded flight in history, least crowded airport, virtual hermit once he got home. They are lying (imo). When things get bad you have to lie. And remember he who panics first panics best. |

My wifes in the frozen north with my son. They'll be fine. Zombies dont like ice.
Ill have to walk a few hundred miles with my bugout bag to link up.. Ill probably wear my MOPP suit under my armor with gas mask the entire time. Guns will be .357s so i only need to carry one type of ammo but ill have my shockwave strapped to my ruck. Wish me luck boys! |

I must be older than OP. I have seen all this same drama many times. I can't even remember the names of the diseases that were supposed to kill us all, except for H1N1. Which was originally called "swine flu" but they changed the name because people like OP quit eating pork out of fear of the virus.
