I was unemployed for the first three months of the year, so I had to budget a bit. I think I'm at eight, but four of them were lower receivers of which only two turned into functioning rifles, so I'm not sure if the remaining lowers count. I gave one of the lowers to a co-worker along with a cheap ass Tristar 12 gauge I got on gunbroker.

Quoted: But... you're in NY. You can't own any guns!!! View Quote As for me, I went a little crazy so far this year.. February (or was it Jan) I purchased a S&W M&P 2.0 Compact 4".. which I shoot better than my 4.25" Fullsize. The 3.6" came out a month later, I probably would have gotten that instead... Still looking for factory 10-rounders.. I absolutely love it, factory trigger is just shy of 4 lbs and so smooth. This spring I bought a Ruger Pistol-Caliber Carbine. And just yesterday I picked up two handguns I won in an auction - a used .38 cal break-top revolver and a New-in-Box Ruger SR1911 in 10mm... (I did not really intend to win the 10mm, but I paid less than $600) Haven't shot either yet. I do have a Ruger SR1911 in .45ACP so it will be interesting to compare and contrast them. EDIT: I rarely sell guns (mainly because it is a huge PITA in NY) but I have a Ruger SP101 (357mag/38sp) that I just don't like shooting. I'm not really a revolver fan.. |

I haven't bought any. I can't buy what I want in CT, and
I have already relocated my good guns to a safe location. |

Just one this year. And @Aimless for your PTAC build, pins walking just means your FCG springs are installed incorrectly. Whenever you get around to the re-do use this as a guide for spring orientation and he explains how the trigger pin notch is held by the hammer spring to prevent walk. Disconnector spring goes fat end down by the way.

My wife got me a Bennelli M2 for my birthday this year. That's my only new gun.
I bought three suppressors this year and also form 1 for my scorpion. |

Just a couple. A Spikes AR and a Glock 19. Both were at the price point where I had to buy. I picked up a 10-22 or two and gave one away a couple weeks ago. I shoot the ARs a little but mostly have been shooting 10-22 and really enjoying my Ruger Mk II.
I did go to Talladega and shot my AR out to 600 on the John Garand range. That place is awesome! |

I blew my gun-buying wad hedging my bets on Hillary. Good news is I have what I feel is a solid set, some for training and some for Der Tag. Just need suppressors, night vision, and of course, MOAR AMMO. |

Four so far, have a PSA AR pistol kit and MBUS for it on the way, will pick up a lower when it gets in. That will probably do it for me in 2018.
