What is your standard deadlift vs sumo vs trap/hex bar?

I’m within 10-20lbs of each with standard being my strongest with a 3x375.

I always thought hex bar was supposed to be easier but for me it is far harder

10-20 lbs like you say, between a straight bar and a trap bar.

I've just started deadlifting again very lightly with a trap bar, and I don't know if I'll ever try it with a straight bar again.

Hex bar is about 20% higher for me. I don’t do sumo.

Heaviest I've ever pulled on a hex bar has been #340

Heaviest I've ever pulled on a power bar was #620.....

I have never pulled heavy sumo mostly as I have no idea how that position works.

My deficits are probably within 85% of my conventional max, at 1 or 2in

My block pulls are probably within 90% of my max, but I feel like block pulls are actually harder than deficits because I cant get as tight on the setup.

Every time I try sumo I cut the shit out of my shins, get mad and give up.

So I have no idea.

I don’t do hex bar, it always seemed to hurt my back

Best sumo is 611, best conventional is 625

I’ve also done 600 off a deficit and a 600 SLDL

I can definitely train sumo heavier more often without needing to back off on the intensity . I just stick to heavy SLDL’s and RDL’s unless I’m close to a meet
