I ordered a safariland single leg shroud with drop flex adapter which was in stock and a couple "on order" items.
Got confirmation for my items, which included a single leg shroud with molle adapter. Out off stock and not what I ordered. Click the picture and it brings me to the right item listing.
Call Optics Planet, they can't figure out why that happened and the CS rep says my order is fixed. I receive no updated info and the in stock item doesn't ship.
Wait several weeks, finally call them. Phones are busy and I leave a message. Never get a call back. Call again, they try to give me a discount on the items in a different color. They aren't in stock and I'm looking at restarting my 9 week wait.
I cancel the order, go to Amazon and pay $7 more to get it 2 days later. Should have just bowed the knee to Bezos to begin with instead of supporting an industry focused company.
