$21 for 5 of those basic ammo storage boxes.

Lots of decent little things at HF that makes this useful.

Finally got roped in by one of their mail ads. Felt a little dirty, but all the stuff I got seems decent. For under $100, I got an electric angle grinder, TV wall mount, trailer hitch cargo rack, a set of four casters for my grill, some grinding and cutting discs, and a free tarp!

They were out of free tiny moving blankets yesterday.

During the winter around here, we live and die by those damn moving blankets, they make working on cars so much easier than having to lay in the snow and ice..

For less than a hundred bucks, I've been pretty impressed with this thing.

Not bad fender covers either.

Had to settle for a 4-pack of microfiber cloths (may already have a *few* )

Two types of shoppers at HF:

1.people buying cheap tools for a job.

2. Cheap asses buying a 99 cent bag of rubber bands (.79 after coupon) so they can get a free flashlight or tape measure.

They run the 25% off coupon a couple times a year. Set up an alert on Slickdeals for it or wait until Memorial Day / 4th of July

When I was younger the crappy tools and such came from Japan....

The stuff continues to get better every year, I would love to travel to china and see where all this is coming from.

It's not just about comfort, it's a prophylaxis if you will. Allow me to explain: you see, your average home handyman you'd pick up curbside at Home Despot would be riddled with MRSA. Years of treatment after going down on dirty floors would leave their skin open to infection by superbugs and subsequent treatment with antibiotics could prove ineffective. But this guy...this guy is clean. You can tell he takes care of himself. Probably moisturizes too...

Yes indeed.  The Earthquake series, Pittsburgh Pro series, etc.  Lots of Yuotube reviews of Harbor Frieght tools some with teardown, testing to failure, and head-to-head with brand name tools.  Between ARFCOM and Garage Journal Forum you should be able to find a tool review.

Pretty sure those coupons exclude boxes, generators and other high ticket items.

edit: read the fine print above.

edit edit: they have a friends and family promotion they give to the employees that is 25% off anything.  make friends with an employee, ask them about it, and they should be able to give you the code.

I’ve never seen any coupon that didn’t exclude the tool box line in the fine print, all their other quality stuff too.
