There are lot of comparisons that people like to make concerning contemporary America  and failed states and there some valid points where they are comparable and where they are not.  

We are definitely not heading in a good direction but will we not have the same outcomes that Germany or Rome had either.  The one thing I can see if we continue on the road we are on is that we will lose our global dominance ,  all global powers fall at some point.

The most powerful, and free, nation to ever exist, is falling to Communism without bloodshed.  It has taken decades, but there will be no major violence as the family and the individual is destroyed along with every Western organization that teaches morality.

The Nazis may have been right of the communists but they are portrayed as being the same as the right in this country which is not true.   They are much closer to the communists than the American right.

Circa the signing of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact in 1939, Josef Stalin declared the National-Socialist German Workers Party of Germany to be "Brothers in Socialism." The Third Reich would have never been able to come into existence without the logistical support of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

One example in support of this contention is that the German Luftwaffe was created, organized and trained wholly inside the USSR because a "German Air Force" was prohibited under the Versailles Treaty. Now, think about this as hard as you fucking can, one country (the USSR) allowed another country (Germany) to create it's own military force with weapons and everything (again, the Germans) inside the host country (again, the USSR.)

In 1942, after the German invasion of the USSR, Stalin then had a change of heart. He declared that the Nazis were now fascists. The Nazis did not change one aspect of their economic policies, their governmental and societal policies (with regard to how the Party operated in and throughout the Country.) The Nazis changed nothing about themselves from the time Stalin declared the Nazis to be "Brothers in Socialism" to now being "Fascists."

There was never any "left to right" paradigm shift for the Nazi Party. The Nazis were what they always were since the end of the World War I: National Socialists. (As a side note what makes them different from the other kind of socialist is this one teeny tiny difference: Socialism was to be an international movement that can only be accomplished through violent (we all understand this word) revolution. The National Socialists of Germany differed in this one teeny tiny difference in that they were going to re-create the German Nation first i.e. The Holy Roman Empire of the German Nation.)

So, what is Fascism then since everyone likes to conflate it with Nazism. In my opinion (and I remember getting shit for this while at University) Fascism has its under-pinning theory and motivations under Lenin's New Economic Program of 1920. There's not a lot of exposure to this because Stalin got rid of it as soon as he took over the USSR. In as short a sentence that I can make, the NEP was to allow people to return to what was described as limited capitalism in order to produce goods, services, agricultural products; in effect, these people produced to meet a quota; then, they were allowed to sell their surplus production keeping the "profit."

Giovanni Gentilozzi (sp?) and Benito Mussolini were both hard core socialists who were also very tired of Socialism literally failing everywhere it was implemented. Gentilozzi wrote the book on Fascism with help from Mussolini who was the more charismatic between the two. They pretty much copied the NEP of 1920 and expanded it, so a whole country could be governed by its principles and tenets instead of a select few chosen ones. (Chosen ones may not be an apt description, but I get a little pissy when people get this shit wrong simply because they have refused to think it through.) So, that's Fascism in a nutshell.

So, back to our story. In 1942, Stalin declares that the Nazis are now to be considered as Fascists due to the Nazi invasion of the USSR. This bit of news goes through the proper channels for propaganda meaning the Comintern for world wide dissemination for perpetuity, and we're left with well meaning people who visit their grandparents and don't torture small animals repeating the complete bullshit that Nazis are right wing fascists because the French Revolution which created this left wing/right wing bullshit is (read this as European) more important than the American Revolution. Why American leftists want to keep copying European bullshit is beyond the scope of this essay.

I won't say America voted for it, as I don't believe they did but I certainly have no sympathy for those who did vote for it.
