I am looking at a 9.5ft viewing distance so at least 70in though if I want a more cinema focus it would be like 85 or 90in?

I would like less smart functionality if possible. I already have an Xbox X that I was thinking of using as an entertainment center so if the TV was completely dumb it would be preferable.

Anything like that on the market?

I bought a cheap Hisense from Walmart because I couldn't find any "dumb" TV.  It's not connected to the internet.  I did the basic setup and use my Roku Ultra as the only TV source.  

This is only temporary until I finish building a 130" screen for my projector.  Again, it's advertised as smart but nothing is activated.
