Thanks for the virtual push, guys! I’ve been off and on lifting over the years, and had been pretty religious about it for a few years before COVID. Then gyms closed and a move kept me out of the gym for about 7 months. Looking at all the home gyms on here pushed me to set one up in my detached garage. Power rack and adjustable bench from a Canadian company. Ohio bar, plates, flat bench, belts and bands from Rogue. Next up will be replacing the old bowflex adjustable dumbbells with power blocks. Week one of workouts complete!

Just dont skip leg day.
Looks good though...less clutter always encourages more usage. |

Needs about 300 watts of stereo in the corner.
