It must be getting dusty in here. I don’t even know what to say, except thank you! We appreciate the prayers and support. It’s quite a stress relief to not have so much financial burden laying on us.

We got brain MRI results today. One tumor shrunk a bit, the other was stable/unchanged. This is good news, especially since she had been between treatments for over a month. Also got second dose of chemo and seems to be tolerating that fairly well.

Done! When my little one was in the hospital, this site was AMAZING how it stepped up and supported my wife and I. I will never forget walking around the hospital with my daughter with her IV stand passing another girl and they are giggling to each other all while me and the other dad looking at each other knowing the fear we are facing. I see the pics of your little girl with her IV rig and just remember where I was and how I felt... I GET IT!! Keep praying and we are here for you.

Thanks again for the support! Yesterday she lost her first clump of hair, so I guess the chemo is doing something. She's doing pretty well, dealing with some nausea, but in good spirits. Merry Christmas!

She received a bow that she’s been wanting in her favorite color. She’s on her school archery team and wanted to be able to practice at home too.

Just wanted to post a quick status update. My daughter's continuing the fight and has been doing well recently. She's doing chemo on a 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, which will likely last through the end of the year. She's still doing well at school, making honors despite less time in class than her peers. We still don't know much about her progress (or lack thereof) since we haven't had any recent MRIs thanks to insurance guidelines on how often they'll cover the testing, but should get one in mid March.

Her most serious brain tumor, which is in the area of her pituitary gland and optic nerve, has had a significant reduction in size. Her second tumor has remained stable, no growth, but also no shrinkage. The oncology dept is saying they consider stable to be "good news" and it's certainly better than growth.
