Now you need more of the muzzle devices at $80 each, another ASR mount, and 5.56 low back pressure can. ![]() Yep 24 plan b muzzle devices so far. Short on 1/2 x28 ones too. It will break you. Moving forward with OTC 4473 cans I’m buying dedicated cans for guns. I’ll probably own 10 polonium’s/Ks by the time I’m done. I’ll just rocksett them to the gun and leave it |

I’ve been using certain 30 cal cans in my main 556 guns due to the absolute quiet nature and flow through. for general 556 work you can’t beat a POLO nor the cost. It’s just a bit gassy BTW 8.6 352gn expanders do the darndest things to a coyotes face.

Folks need to keep in mind that this just means someone ends up on a backdoor WA registry, with a $36 dollar background fee, which takes 2 weeks minimum, versus a zero dollar federal registration that takes maybe 3 days. Plus with a form 4 copy you are GTG for LE interactions, vs needing to seriously educate someone on the issue for a 4473’d can with no paperwork. Regardless- it is a good first step. But like I said, I think this is the year to stock up….can’t trust the majority party state politicians at all not to go after suppressors…. |
| can some one please explain to me how a court ruling can nullify laws and regulations for a certain class and not everyone. if the regulations were found to be unconstitutional that should apply to all legal citizens not just members of a group that sued. while i am 100% happy we got what we got i just can't wrap my head around this. |

They can only rule for the plaintiff group. The SC ruled on this a few months ago, but it basically put a stop to the random Federal judges issuing broad injunctions for the whole country. Overall, it's a good thing and will stop activist judges from trying to undermine Trump's platform. But for this case, it will require a follow up suit to expand the plaintiff group nationwide, which may take a few months. |
| TBS, I believe it has to do with a court at a certain level not being able to make a nationwide injunction, and is limited only to the plaintiffs. It will be up to a higher court to make it effective nationwide, though I don't know that it's on the case's merits, but rather an equal protection under law basis. |

After the raft of activist judges issuing nationwide injunctions against various Trump policies, the Supreme Court placed limits on the District courts in Trump v. CASA. The Court in this case made the ruling as broad as it could, but was limited to acting upon the parties before it. |

I asked this exact question in another thread, and yes, it's a direct result of Trump v Casa, and the restrictions on nationwide injunctions that case placed on lower courts. Lower courts are now restricted to ruling only for the plaintiffs/defendants before them, and no one else. That does set up an "unequal protection under the law" scenario, it's almost guaranteed to go before the USSC for resolution. Being in the not-covered state of OH, I volunteer as tribute. |

The ruling is only final for the plaintiffs unless the gov't appeals before the 5th I believe is the date. If the gov't enters into a consent decree or settlement agreement saying the court is right, they could make this ruling apply to everyone. |

So the judge can give the opinion that the law is unconstitutional and I'm sure he would tell you that unconstitutional for one means unconstitutional for all, but he cannot actually extend any legally enforceable protection beyond the scope of his district, because some dipshit in Hawaii kept trying to use the Aloha spirit to say Trump couldn't deport illegal gang-bangers or something. Thanks, Hawaii. |

Id like to see more barrels come machined with the Q-taper. It seems to me to be a great idea. Muzzle adapters can easily be made to work with the taper. Probably wouldnt need a crush washer. Direct thread silencers will be more secure. Q-taper direct thead adapters would be cheap. If you want better adapters and QD nothing changes. A simple cheap adapter allows MD's with 90deg shoulders. What's not to like? |
