Inspired by Tabasco thread what are your favorite foods to put hot sauce on? For me eggs and pizza always get hot sauce I also like to put it in ramen.

Eggs!!!  Corned beef hash with poached eggs on it and a generous dousing of Tobbasco and Cholula hot sauce....heavenly breakfast...it may even beat out Eggs Benedict with hot sauce on top.

I'll mix Tobasco and Cholula 50/50, and my wife says I use it more than most people use ketchup...

Given the list of foods, I have a feeling you're from LA or spent a significant amount of time there.

Eggs for sure, and egg salad. Tuna salad too. Ground beef always gets at least a splash while it's cooking. And tomato soup with Tabasco is good stuff.

Not necessarily hot sauce. but spicy.

It's easier to discuss what not to make spicy.

1: Ice cream
2: Milk
