We have a Pogues cover band here in NE Ohio called The Boys From the County Hell.
They are spot-on, amazing, I’ve sung along with them many times. They are playing The House of Blues, Flannery’s, and The Harp in Cleveland this St. Patrick’s Day. |

We have missed out the past two years, but the Celtic festival at Dublin Ohio is freaking Huge and Awesome. Several stages. Great food trucks (must eat at Celtic Pig). Music everywhere from sitting right in front of you acoustic to modern Irish to workshops. Really hoping they get their shit together this summer. One of the very few festivals I attend. |

Thought it sucked pretty much until I reached drinking age (which was flexible for bars in Delco/Philly at that time). Great early 90s song, very under-rated band, and in the spirit of the thread, awesome sing-along.  The Saw Doctors - I Useta Lover (Live on The Late Late Show 1990) "A session" as in "Then we had a session" cracks me up. My wife hates it. "Hey honey, how about a session?"  |
