We stayed not far from the Capitol a year ago. There are sirens every 30 mins it seemed like. I wouldn't call that unusual.

View Quote When I lived in Northeast DC, all of that area east of the Capitol was a free fire zone for the natives. Shootings every night, police helicopters with searchlights, sirens wailing constantly, and all of it about as far from “White Supremacy” as it could be. |

Quoted: We were in DC the week after thanksgiving last year and sirens were more common place there than they are here in houston which is impressive View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: We stayed not far from the Capitol a year ago. There are sirens every 30 mins it seemed like. I wouldn't call that unusual. I lived in Columbia MD and worked in and around DC in my old life, lights, sirens, low flying govt helicopters and motorcades are very common place. Especially post 9/11. This is probably nothing or maybe just a medical emergency with one of the people on detail down there. There are thousands of people working in that area right now, the likelihood of someone getting hurt or having a medical emergancy like a heart attack, stroke, or some other emergency, is really high. I mean look a the shape some of those cops and NG are in. There are some fat people guarding the capitol right now. |

Sirens and police activity early Sat morning in D.C. after a night of drinking?
I thought something was actually going on. |

Probably a port-a-shitter being knocked over after locking another NG member in it.
