I think I used a cox email. He can use like an outlook type email or school type email too I think. He can immediately change it after he’s approved to yahoo or gmail or whatever.
I’m moving this to the tech forums as it’s not EE related. |

I can't help you but it took me about 2 weeks to get signed up and I had to use multiple email accounts. Eventually a moderator responded to my request for help and got it straightened out.
I have a theory that certain email blacklist services that corporations license to block spam don't allow emails from @ar15.com to flow to the user, including their spam folder. |

If they have an employer who gives them an account they can use that to sign up and then change it to a Gmail or Yahoo address.

Their ISP doesn't provide email addresses?
Currently the free email services aren't accepted for registration gmail, yahoo, and so on. Have you considered setting them up with a comcast email on your account? I know when I had comcast for an ISP I could have a handful of email accounts. I don't know what my current ISP allows for Microsoft is being a tool and has use blacklisted so if he can get a good email to use I'd recommend not switching to anything MS based, especially if their main interest is to use the EE https://www.ar15.com/forums/general/attention-hotmail-live-msn-users-/5-2312997/&page=2 |

He would need to login from his house they probably saw it was the same IP.
